Hi David, thanx for your xmas greeting and your book, Gail, Mel and I did enjoy both.
I must congratulate you on your book, what an amazing journey your've had and what an achievement, very well done.
Our son Paul gets married on the 11th of March after living with his girl friend for 8 years ????
Cazz, is a womderful girl and we love her dearly, shes really the only girl he's ever had, he's 27, Cazz 26.
Mel and her girl friend are off to Tasmania tomorrow for 10 days holiday, she has a new job with the State Education System for a year teaching music, then she will decide either to continue with the Education Departement or travel again and work overseas as she did in 2003 (Japan)
This time Europe with her g/f.

We are going to South Australia at Easter for the Austin Healey National Rally, being held at the Barossa Valley, just north of Adelaide, WE are not taking our Healey as we plan to travel north to explore the outback of australia,up the middle, to darwin, then kakadu national park, across th top,explring, then to broome and down the west coast and home along the nullabor palin, south austraia to victoria. we have purchased a Toyota Land cruiser Troopy that I have converted it into a campervan, can sleep 4 has a fridge, stove,and a sink etc. etc.Everything we need for an extended camping trip.

We need a 4 wheel drive as we plan to go bush, exploring remote areas with dozens of creek and river crossings, all unmade roads and some very chalenging terrain, we will be away for a few months as Gail retired this year.
How is your girl friend, hope you can send us some more pix, we now have a digital camera and hopefully we can send you a few pix of us and our family soon.
